Open the Uploaded Files report. You can search by file name, transaction ID, and a from and to date range. Each row shows the transaction ID, the identifier you gave the campaign, the file name, the uploaded and processed counts, the upload time, and a Download link for the original file. This is why the […]

Do custom variables work with DLT approved templates?
Yes, as long as the fixed part of the message matches an approved template and your variables sit where the template’s variable parts are. The safest way: If you type the content manually, you have to enter the DLT Template ID yourself. A mismatch between your content and the approved template fails the messages, so […]
Can I schedule a customised file upload campaign for later?
Yes. Set a future date and time in the Schedule field before sending. You can change the time or cancel the campaign afterwards from the Manage Schedule menu. Scheduling also unlocks Enable Campaign Manager, which lets you break the send into timed chunks.
How do I stop a large file upload from flooding my route?
Turn on Schedule, then Enable Campaign Manager. Two fields appear: This is worth doing on anything large, especially if the same route also carries OTP or transactional traffic. A single unthrottled promotional batch is the classic reason OTP latency spikes for everyone else on that route.
Why were fewer messages sent than the number of rows in my file?
Most often it is Remove Duplicates, which is on by default and strips repeat numbers from the send. You can switch it off if you really need to message the same number more than once, but it is not recommended. Some operators fail duplicate traffic, so you pay for messages that never arrive. Check the […]
Why did some rows in my uploaded file fail?
The usual cause is junk characters in the Message column. Rows containing them fail, and that normally happens when content is pasted from Word or another rich text editor, which carries invisible characters across. Type the message directly, or paste as plain text, then re-upload. To see exactly which rows failed, open the File Uploads […]
What does Generate First Line Preview do?
It shows a preview built from the first row of your uploaded file, so you can confirm the structure, column order and formatting before you send anything. It is the quickest way to catch the two mistakes that ruin a campaign: columns in the wrong order, and a header row that the platform has not […]
Why is $CUSTOM1$ appearing in the delivered message instead of the name?
The variable in your message does not match a column header in your file. Check three things: Use Generate First Line Preview before sending. It shows the first row with values filled in, so an unreplaced variable is obvious straight away.
How do I insert a custom variable into the message box?
Click the airplay icon inside the message box. A dropdown appears listing the custom variables available from your uploaded file, and the one you select is inserted at the current cursor position. Place the cursor exactly where you want the value to appear before clicking, so you do not have to move it afterwards.
Do I have to put the message inside the file?
No. You have both options. Message in the file: add a Message column and write the text there, including variable names such as $CUSTOM1$. Every row can have completely different wording. Message in the panel: leave the Message column out. Upload the file, choose the header that holds the mobile numbers in Select Mobile Number […]
