SMPP Center (a unit of Popular SoftTech and Marketing Pvt Ltd.) sells and delivers software licenses, hosted platform access, connectors, and related digital messaging services. We do not sell physical goods and we do not operate a physical warehouse.
No Physical Shipping
Because our products are digital, there is no courier, postal, or freight shipment. You will not receive a package, tracking number, or shipping invoice for product delivery.
How Delivery Works
- Hosted / rental service: Access credentials and panel URLs are provided electronically after payment clearance and any required onboarding steps.
- Self-hosted / licensed software: License keys, installers, documentation, or deployment instructions are delivered by email or a secure download link after payment and acceptance of the applicable Service Terms.
- Custom work / apps / plugins: Deliverables are transferred electronically as agreed in the quotation or statement of work.
Delivery Timeline
Standard digital delivery is typically completed within 1 business day after successful payment, subject to KYC, compliance checks, or custom-scope kickoff where those apply. Complex deployments may follow the timeline stated in your quotation.
Failed or Delayed Access
If you do not receive access or download details within the stated timeline, contact us at Contact Us with your payment reference so we can re-issue credentials or links.
