Cancellation and Refund Policy - SMPP Center

This page summarizes how cancellations and refunds work for SMPP Center digital products and services. The full commercial terms for paying customers are in the Service Terms. If there is any conflict, the Service Terms and your quotation or invoice control.

Hosted / Rental Subscriptions

Subscription and rental fees are payable in advance for the period stated on your quotation or invoice. Fees are non-refundable once the service period begins, including subscription/rental charges, throughput or usage charges, support plan fees, and add-on module fees (exclusive of applicable taxes).

You may choose not to renew at the end of a paid term. Non-renewal stops future billing for that term; it does not create a refund for time already paid.

Self-Hosted / Licensed Software

License fees are non-refundable after delivery and acceptance (including deemed acceptance under the Service Terms). A refund applies only if the software is not delivered at all after payment, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

No refund is due once the software has been delivered and the acceptance period has expired, or where you have breached the applicable terms. You must verify server and environment requirements before purchase.

Custom Development, Apps, and Professional Services

Custom work follows the quotation or statement of work. Unless that document expressly grants a refund window, amounts paid for scoped work that has started or been delivered are non-refundable. Change requests and out-of-scope work are billed separately.

How to Cancel or Request a Review

To cancel a renewal, stop using a service at term end, or raise a delivery issue, contact us through Contact Us with your customer name, invoice or payment reference, and a short description of the request. We will respond during business hours.

Chargebacks

If you have a genuine billing concern, contact us first so we can investigate. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may delay investigation and may result in suspension of service while the dispute is open.
