SMPPCenter’s SMPP software lets you modify message text using normalization rules, allowing you to standardize or enhance message content. Here’s how to configure Text Message rules:

Steps to Modify Message Text:

  • Log In: Access your admin account.
  • Navigate to Normalization Rules: Go to Sidebar -> SMPP Client -> Rules -> Normalization Rules.
  • Add a New Rule: Click Add to open the modal form.
  • Configure Text Message Rules: In the Text Message Rules section:
    • Origin Text: Enter the text to apply the rule to (e.g., “Your OTP is 1”).
    • Text Rule: Choose a condition:
      • EQUALS: Matches the exact text.
      • STARTS WITH: Matches text starting with the phrase (e.g., “Your OTP”).
    • New Text: Enter the new text (e.g., “Your Verification Code for SMPP Software Login is 1. Regards SMPP Software.”).
