These are two separate settings on the user’s Global Attributes tab:

| User Credit Type | Credit / Wallet | How balance is stored and deducted |
| Payment Type | Pre-paid / Post-paid | When the customer pays (before or after usage) |
Examples:
- Credit + Pre-paid → user buys SMS credits upfront.
- Credit + Post-paid → user can send up to Credit Limit + Grace Limit, then messages fail until reset/recharge.
- Wallet + Pre-paid → user tops up wallet balance before use.
- Wallet + Post-paid → user has Wallet Credit Limit and Wallet Grace Limit; sending stops when both are exhausted.
