Post-paid limits — Credit vs Wallet

Credit + Post-paid (SMS Attributes tab)

  • SMS Credit Limit — max credits the user can consume before blocking.
  • SMS Grace Limit — extra credits allowed after the main limit is reached.
  • When both are used up, messages fail.

Wallet + Post-paid (Wallet tab)

  • Wallet Credit Limit — max monetary usage allowed.
  • Wallet Grace Limit — extra monetary buffer after the limit.
  • When both are used up, messages fail.

Pre-paid users do not use these limit fields in the same way; they send until balance reaches zero.
