How do I add balance to a user?

Depends on credit type:

Credit user

  • Admin/Reseller: Credit Transfer → add SMS credits.
  • Balance increases in SMS Balance.

Wallet user

  • Admin/Reseller: add funds to Wallet Amount Balance (via credit transfer / wallet recharge flow).
  • Balance increases in currency.

Always transfer using the same credit type as the user. Credit transfers between mismatched types are not supported.
