Where do I set Credit Type?

Admin path:
Users → Edit User → Global Attributes → User Credit Type

Options:

  • Credit (default)
  • Wallet

Important rules:

  • Credit type cannot be changed from this screen for Admin/Reseller accounts (user type 1 or 2); it is fixed for them.
  • Child users normally inherit the credit type from their parent/reseller.
  • If you change a customer’s credit type, you may need to tick “Nil existing balance before switching” — existing credit/wallet balance must be reset to zero first.
