Assign Wallet when:

  • Easily configure and manage deliverables for a single product.
  • The account needs more than SMS (WhatsApp, RCS, Voice, etc.).
  • Billing should be in currency (INR, USD, AED, etc.).
  • The reseller uses Reseller Pricing Adjustments (custom pricing and margin).
  • You want Calculate Units on the dashboard (shows estimated credits/units from wallet balance and rates).
  • You need post-paid wallet limits (credit limit + grace limit in money).

Typical accounts: unified messaging resellers, enterprise multi-product customers, international billing.
