When should an admin assign Credit?

Assign Credit when:

  • The account is SMS-only.
  • You sell in SMS units/credits, not currency.
  • The user/reseller does not need WhatsApp, RCS, Voice, or other wallet products.
  • You want the simplest model: transfer credits, check SMS balance, done.

Typical accounts: SMS resellers, bulk SMS customers, trial/sandbox SMS users.
