What is Wallet?

Wallet is a currency-based billing model.

  • Balance is stored as a monetary amount (e.g. ₹, $, €) in the user’s wallet.
  • Usage is charged in money, not raw SMS units.
  • Supports multiple products (SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, Voice, AI related, etc.) on the same account.
  • Resellers can use Reseller Pricing Adjustments (margin-based pricing) with wallet accounts.
  • On Profile, you will see Credit Type: Wallet, Currency, Wallet Amount Balance, and Wallet Consumed.
