I’m not receiving security alert emails. What should I check?

Verify the following:

1. Your admin account status is “Active” (not suspended or inactive)
2. Your email address is correctly configured in Admin Profile settings
3. Email system is properly configured in General Settings
4. Check spam/junk folders for security emails
5. Email server is functioning properly
