Compatibility : Kannel version 1.4.3 or greater
Replace username and password in the example kannel.conf file linked below with your existing SMPPCenter SMPP credentials and restart your Kannel.
Note: You will need to change your password to 8 characters so that you can use it with Kannel.
You are now ready to send a test message from your local Kannel server !!!
