If you are unable to create a new user, check the following common issues:
- Duplicate Username
- Each username must be unique (5–15 characters).
- If the chosen username already exists, select a different one.
- Invalid or Missing Email Address
- The email field is required.
- Ensure you enter a valid email format (e.g., example@domain.com).
- Incorrect Mobile Number Format
- Mobile numbers must include the correct country code.
- Format: 1 XXXXX XXXXX (replace 1 with the proper country code).
- Required Fields Left Blank
- Fields like User Account Type, Username, Email, Mobile, Full Name, and Address must be filled in.
- Check for red asterisks (*) or validation error messages.
- Expiry Date Format Errors
- Ensure the date is selected using the date picker.
- Format should be yyyy-mm-dd.
- Permission Restrictions
- If you don’t have the right role/permission to create users, you may need to request access from the Admin/Reseller Owner.
