How MO SMS Works
The subscriber sends an SMS to a business number. If that number is provisioned for two-way messaging, the network routes the message to the SMSC, which delivers it to the bound application, over SMPP as a deliver_sm PDU, or over HTTP as a webhook callback.

SMPPCenter routes MO SMS on any two-way enabled number back to your application in real time, over SMPP deliver_sm or a webhook, the same delivery paths used for delivery receipts.
