What is the Maximum Length of SMS Message in Long SMS?

This totally depends on the SMSC which allow the length of the maximum character for any SMS Message to be delivered on the recipient’s handset.

Therefore, SMPP Center is given in Configuration to limit or allow as per the operator. Just login to your Super Admin Panel and go to Settings -> SMS -> make the required changes for UNICODE SMS and TEXT SMS.

By default, the system is enabled with 2500 characters for TEXT and 625 characters for UNICODE SMS.
