There is a paid plugin called Campaign Number Masking. Once you buy and install this plugin, you can mask numbers on UI delivery reports, exported reports and historical zipped reports. Admin has to enable a flag for a user to work with this plugin. Once enabled, the reports will be shown as shown in below screenshots.
