The report is sent daily at 3:00 AM IST, covering all new users added to the system from the previous day.
What to Do If You Don’t Receive It:
- Check your spam/junk folder for the email with the subject “Daily Report: New User Signups for [Date].”
- Verify that the email addresses in the Notification Email(s) field are correct and properly formatted (e.g., comma-separated with no spaces).
- Ensure the feature is enabled in the Admin Panel (Settings -> New Signups).
- Confirm that new users were added the previous day; if no new users signed up, no report will be sent.
