Steps to Enable or Disable a Rule
- Log In: Access your admin account.
- Navigate to Normalization Rules: Go to Sidebar -> SMPP Client -> Rules -> Normalization Rules.
- Edit an Existing Rule: Find the rule in the list, click to edit, or create a new rule by clicking Add.
- Set the Status:
- Enabled: Activates the rule, applying it to all matching messages.
- Disabled: Deactivates the rule, preventing it from being applied.
- Save the Rule: Click Save to update the rule’s status.

- Disable rules during testing to avoid impacting live campaigns.
- Regularly review and enable/disable rules based on campaign needs to maintain control over message modifications.
