What if I’m exactly at the tier boundary (e.g., exactly 10,000 messages)?
You will be assigned to the higher tier. For example, exactly 10,000 messages would qualify you for Tier 2 (Growth).
Can I skip tiers or jump multiple levels?
Yes, tier progression can skip levels. If your message volume meets the requirements of a higher tier, you’ll be automatically upgraded without needing to pass through each level sequentially.
What happens if my messaging volume decreases?
If your messaging volume decreases significantly in a month, your tier level may be adjusted downward during the next monthly assessment.
