Can I set different templates for different contact forms?
Currently, one template set is used for all submissions, but improvements may be introduced in future updates.
Do I need to add DLT Templates for SMS delivery?
Yes. You must pre-assign DLT-approved template IDs in your settings if you are delivering messages to Indian numbers.
Can I turn off automatic message delivery?
Yes. Go to Settings and disable the SMS or WhatsApp delivery options. You can also choose to use only one of the two.
What happens if the mobile number format is incorrect?
The submission will be saved but the SMS/WhatsApp delivery may fail. Ensure that mobile numbers include the country code and are valid.
Can I export the leads?
Yes. In the Manage Leads section, you can export all or filtered leads in CSV format.
How do I test the webhook before going live?
You can use your own contact form to test. Make sure to send proper keys and values as per the documentation shown in the Webhook tab.
Can I view submitted leads?
Yes. Go to Integration → Contact Form → Manage Leads to view, search, export, or delete submitted leads.
