When you delete message templates for inactive users:
What Gets Deleted:
- Template content and regex patterns
- Associated sender IDs
- DLT entity IDs and template IDs
- Template metadata
What’s Preserved:
- Export file contains all DLT information
- Activity log records the deletion
- Template data for active users (untouched)
Important: Export templates before deletion to maintain DLT compliance records for audit purposes.
