What Should I Do After Adding New Connect/Operator?
- After adding new connect go back to edit and Enable it.

Yes, you can ask your vendor/operator to re-push the DLR up-to 3 days. If you have opted Support plan from SMPP Center, then the team will re-run all the system modules to update the DLR and tally all the reports with vendor as well as users.
Is There Any Option to Push/Re-Push DLR Offline?
Yes, if you have opted out support plan then our team will do the needful. All you have to provide us the report from your operator or vendor.
