What Should I Do After Adding New Connect/Operator?

  1. After adding new connect go back to edit and Enable it.
  2. Go to connection under newly added SMPP Connect and do reload and reconfigure.
  3. Once you see the sessions are connected under connection then you are now connected to operator.
  4. Go to Connect Manager under SMPP Client Controls and stop/start Connect Manage to create Queue for newly added connect.

How to Update TPS for SMPP Connect?

  • Edit SMPP Connect and modify the updated TPS.
  • Go to connection under edited SMPP Connect and do reload and reconfigure.
  • Once you see the sessions are connected under connection move to next step.
  • Go to Connect Manager under SMPP Client Controls and stop/start Connect Manager to create Queue for newly added connect.

Should I Buy a New Domain for Smart Link?

Yes. SMPP Center platform supports Unstructured Supplementary Service Data (USSD), connectivity over SMPP but this needs customization/implementation as per customer needs which you can discuss the same with SMPP Center team.

Yes, we have employees feature where you can add and manage. You have to create a new role and admin account which needs to be linked/mapped that employee. Based on the role permission, they can view, manage, create and update in the admin panel system.
