Why do the record count and table size statistics show “Failed” or incorrect data?

Statistics might fail or show incorrectly due to:

Common Causes:

• Database connection timeout
• Insufficient permissions
• Table corruption
• Server overload

Solutions:

1. Refresh the page and try again
2. Check database server status
3. Verify admin permissions
4. Contact support if issue persists

Note: If statistics fail but you know data exists, you can still export/delete. The system will process available records.
