Why can’t I delete an archived file?

Files can only be deleted after they’ve been downloaded. This safety feature prevents accidental data loss.To delete an archived file:

1. Click Download button next to the file
2. Wait for download to complete
3. System marks file as “Downloaded”
4. Delete button becomes active
5. Click Delete and confirm

Why this matters: Ensures you have a local copy before removing from server.
