The User Automation Status page (also called Recipients page) shows which users have received which automation steps, providing insights into campaign progress for each user.

Accessing User Automation Status:

  1. Go to Admin Panel > User > User Automations
  2. Find the automation you want to monitor
  3. Click “Recipients” button for that automation

Information Displayed:

Recipient IDUnique identifier for the recipient record
User IDID of the user
User NameFull name of the user
EmailUser’s email address
Step IndexWhich email step was sent (0, 1, 2, etc.)
Step DetailsMetadata about the step (day number, inactive days)

Understanding the Data:

Progress Tracking:

  • Each row represents one email sent to one user
  • Multiple rows for same user = they’ve received multiple steps
  • Helps visualize user journey through your campaign

Step Progression:

  • Step Index 0 = First email
  • Step Index 1 = Second email
  • And so on…

Campaign Completion:

  • Users with all steps = completed campaign
  • Users with partial steps = in progress
  • Missing users = haven’t met criteria yet

Use Cases:

Monitor Campaign Health:

  • See how many users are progressing through steps
  • Identify users stuck at certain steps
  • Track overall campaign reach

Analyze User Engagement:

  • Compare which users respond to which emails
  • Identify patterns in successful conversions
  • Optimize future campaigns

Verify Delivery:

  • Confirm specific users received their emails
  • Check timing of email delivery
  • Ensure no duplicates were sent

Exporting Recipient Data:

  1. Click “Export Recipients” button at the top
  2. System generates a ZIP file containing CSV data
  3. File includes all recipient records for the automation
  4. Filename format: automation_recipients_[automation_name]_[date_time].zip

  • Analysis in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Integration with CRM systems
  • Campaign performance reporting
