You can modify any automation at any time to adjust email content, timing, execution rules, or status.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Editing an Automation:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

  1. Go to Admin Panel > User > User Automations<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Find the automation you want to edit<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Click “Edit”<\/strong> button for that automation<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. The edit form will open with all current settings pre-filled<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            • If you change a 30-day email to 60-day, users will follow the new schedule<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Already-sent emails are tracked by step index, not by day\/period<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Be cautious when modifying step sequences<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

              • To remove a step, clear all its content and save<\/li>\n\n\n\n
