The User Automation Status<\/strong> page (also called Recipients page) shows which users have received which automation steps, providing insights into campaign progress for each user.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Accessing User Automation Status:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  1. Go to Admin Panel > User > User Automations<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Find the automation you want to monitor<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Click “Recipients”<\/strong> button for that automation<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Information Displayed:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
    Column<\/th>Description<\/th><\/tr><\/thead>
    Recipient ID<\/strong><\/td>Unique identifier for the recipient record<\/td><\/tr>
    User ID<\/strong><\/td>ID of the user<\/td><\/tr>
    User Name<\/strong><\/td>Full name of the user<\/td><\/tr>
    Email<\/strong><\/td>User’s email address<\/td><\/tr>
    Step Index<\/strong><\/td>Which email step was sent (0, 1, 2, etc.)<\/td><\/tr>
    Step Details<\/strong><\/td>Metadata about the step (day number, inactive days)<\/td><\/tr>
    Sent Time<\/strong><\/td>When the email was sent<\/td><\/tr>
    Metadata<\/strong><\/td>Additional campaign information<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

    Understanding the Data:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    Progress Tracking:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Each row represents one email sent to one user<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Multiple rows for same user = they’ve received multiple steps<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Helps visualize user journey through your campaign<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Step Progression:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Step Index 0 = First email<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Step Index 1 = Second email<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • And so on\u2026<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Campaign Completion:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • Users with all steps = completed campaign<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Users with partial steps = in progress<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Missing users = haven’t met criteria yet<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
