Automation logs provide complete visibility into every automation execution, including success\/failure status, email delivery, and detailed metadata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Accessing Automation Logs:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  1. Go to Admin Panel > User > User Automations<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Find the automation you want to monitor<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Click “Logs”<\/strong> button for that automation<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Log Information Displayed:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
    Column<\/th>Description<\/th><\/tr><\/thead>
    Log ID<\/strong><\/td>Unique identifier for each log entry<\/td><\/tr>
    User ID<\/strong><\/td>ID of the user who received (or was supposed to receive) the email<\/td><\/tr>
    User Name<\/strong><\/td>Full name of the user<\/td><\/tr>
    Email<\/strong><\/td>User’s email address<\/td><\/tr>
    Execution Status<\/strong><\/td>SUCCESS, FAILED, or SKIPPED<\/td><\/tr>
    Email Sent<\/strong><\/td>YES or NO<\/td><\/tr>
    Email Subject<\/strong><\/td>The actual subject line sent<\/td><\/tr>
    Executed Time<\/strong><\/td>Date and time of execution<\/td><\/tr>
    Error Message<\/strong><\/td>Details if email failed to send<\/td><\/tr>
    Metadata<\/strong><\/td>Additional info (step number, inactive days, etc.)<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

    Understanding Log Statuses:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    SUCCESS:<\/strong> Email was sent successfully<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • User received the automation email<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • No action required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      FAILED:<\/strong> Email could not be sent<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Check error message for details<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Common causes: Invalid email, SMTP issues, server problems<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • May need to resend manually<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        SKIPPED:<\/strong> User was eligible but skipped<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • Reasons include: expired account, insufficient balance, already received<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • This is normal filtering behavior<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          Filtering and Searching:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

          • Search:<\/strong> Use the search box to find specific users or emails<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Date Range:<\/strong> Filter by execution date<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Status Filter:<\/strong> Show only SUCCESS, FAILED, or SKIPPED logs<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Sort:<\/strong> Click column headers to sort data<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            Exporting Logs:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

            1. Click “Export Logs”<\/strong> button at the top<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            2. System generates a ZIP file containing CSV data<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            3. File includes all log entries for the automation<\/li>\n\n\n\n
