Sometimes a client’s DLR listener goes down, their webhook returns errors, or their SMPP receiver session drops for a while. The messages were delivered, but the client’s system never recorded it. Repush DLR<\/strong> resends the delivery reports you already have for that client and time window. You don’t need to ask your vendor for anything.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Steps<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  1. Product:<\/strong> select the channel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Username:<\/strong> the client who missed the reports.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Date and time range:<\/strong> today only, default 12:00 AM\u201311:59 PM. Narrow it to when the client’s listener was down.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Transaction ID<\/strong> (optional): to resend DLRs for one specific message.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Sender ID<\/strong> (optional, SMS only).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Click Submit<\/strong> to load the summary. It shows how many DLR records match.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Check the count, then click Repush<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    The job runs in the background. Repush History<\/strong> shows status, progress counts, filters used, and request\/completion times for every run, which you can use when a client disputes whether you resent their reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
