Insufficient Reseller Balance<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You must maintain enough balance in your reseller account before allocating credits to downline users.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If your balance is lower than the amount you\u2019re trying to allocate, the system will not process the transaction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2705 <strong>Solution:<\/strong> Recharge your reseller account before adding credits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2.
