As a reseller, you can easily manage the credits or wallet balance of your downline users directly from the Reseller Panel<\/strong>. The Add\/Remove Credit<\/strong> modal gives you full control to allocate or deduct credits based on purchases, adjustments, or account requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Steps to Add or Remove Credits<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  1. Open the Add\/Remove Credit Modal<\/strong> Navigate to the user list in your reseller panel and select the option to manage credits. The modal will display automatically.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Username Field<\/strong>\n
      \n
    • The username of the selected user will appear here.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • This field is pre-populated and read-only<\/strong>, so you cannot change it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Action Type Field<\/strong>\n
        \n
      • Choose whether you want to:\n
          \n
        • Add<\/strong> \u2013 to allocate more credits to the user\u2019s account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Remove<\/strong> \u2013 to deduct credits from the user\u2019s account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Transaction Type Field<\/strong>\n

          • Select the nature of the transaction:\n
              \n
            • Purchase<\/strong> \u2013 for credits given as part of a purchase or recharge.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Adjustments<\/strong> \u2013 for manual corrections or special cases.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Credits Field<\/strong>\n

              • Enter the exact number of credits to add or remove.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Supports numeric values with two decimal places (e.g., 100.50).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • This is a required field<\/strong> \u2013 you must enter a valid number.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Your Comments Field<\/strong>\n

                • Provide additional notes or comments related to this credit operation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • This helps keep track of why credits were added or removed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Maximum 255 characters<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Expiry Date Field (Optional)<\/strong>\n

                  • Set an expiry date for the credits if required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • Use the date picker in the format yyyy-mm-dd.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • After this date, the allocated credits will expire automatically.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • Save Changes<\/strong>\n

                    • Click on Save Changes<\/strong> to finalize the operation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    • The credits will be instantly updated in the user\u2019s account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                      • Ensure you have sufficient reseller balance before allocating credits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
